All rentals include 2 adults and 3 children under
18, all others will be charged an overnight fee of

NOTE: All fees are for 2 adults and 3 children
under 18 only. Any additional persons will be
charged guest fees.
Guest fee: $5 day per person
Overnight guest:$10 per person
PETS: $2 each per day/maximum of 3 at each
site, quests are not allowed to bring dogs. Rabies
certificate required at check in.
All day quests must exit property by 10:00pm,or
will be charged overnight fee.
All guests must be registered at store
immediately upon arrival, Guests vehicles must
remain at store, unless have prior permission to
drive in.
Refunds and Cancellations: 21 day prior notice
required prior to stay, with a $15 non refundable
administrative charge, no cancellations or
refunds due to weather.
Holiday weekends non refundable.
